Privacy Policy

The short version

We run an editorial site about Indiana sportsbooks. We do not take deposits, hold funds, or operate any form of gambling ourselves. We do not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing to log into.

What we collect

• Analytics. Standard aggregated web analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and where you arrived from. We use this to see which pages are useful and which are not.
• What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type into it, so we can reply.

We do not collect payment details, identity documents or betting history, because we have no use for any of it and no way to receive it.

Partner links

Links to sportsbooks on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the operator can see that the visit came from us, usually through a tracking parameter in the URL. That is how we get paid if you go on to open an account. It does not identify you to us: we see that a click happened, not who made it.

Once you land on an operator's site, their privacy policy applies, not ours. They will collect considerably more than we do, including identity documents, because they are required to.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can block or delete them in your browser without breaking anything on this site. Operators you click through to set their own cookies, which we neither control nor can see.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will.
• Opt out of analytics with any standard browser blocker. We do not fight it.

Age

This site is intended for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the record.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date on this page. Material changes get a note on the homepage rather than a silent edit.
